  3. This folder contains:

  5.     • Pascal, C and Rez Interfaces
  6. These headers reflect the final, v1.0 APIs for AOCE. They supercede any earlier APIs you may have received. Any future additions or changes to these APIs will be posted to AppleLink. Note that the APIs have not changed for version 1.1 of PowerTalk.

  8.     • Development Tools & Utilities
  9. These unsupported tools include:
  10.         - An Audit tool which simplifies debugging drivers
  11.             - A Catalog Peek tool which allows browsing records and structures in a catalog
  12.       - A 'lint' application called 'DET Lint' which checks Template sources for validity
  13.             - A Template debugger and a Template unloader
  14. Source code is included for the Audit and Catalog tools.

  16.     • DTS Sample Code
  17. Sample code for all the significant AOCE APIs is included. You should note that this sample code, and the applications and tools included here, are not intended as products - feel free to copy from them and use them as a framework but do not rely on them for production use.

  19.     • Testing Checklists
  20. Checklists for testing PowerTalk compatible and PowerTalk-savvy applications are included to assist in the quality assurance process.
